A Day in the Life of the EMEA Demand Coordinator:

You work closely with the EMEA Strategic Lead and the Development, Delivery, and Support Senior Manager. You register new demands and handle the initial administration of projects, ensuring they are assigned to the appropriate team for follow-up. You will have regular catch‑ups with project leaders to assess the status, potential delays, and impact across multiple initiatives. You will create clear visuals to illustrate project dependencies and status, which will be presented to stakeholders to help them manage the projects effectively.

You will coordinate the content and presentations for Town Hall meetings, including managing some sessions. Ensure that meaningful topics are presented to the entire EMEA Commercial & Digital IT team. To achieve this, you will collaborate with the EMEA Commercial & Digital IT LT, HR & Finance Business Partners, and the session presenters. Additionally, you will help organize together with the Executive Assistant, the team's and Town Hall meetings' calendar for the year, providing the organization with clear visibility of the schedules. You will be responsible for proposing the topics and ensuring that content is available for the session.

You will support the Program Portfolio & Finance Support team with the SOWs and Invoices process to ensure compliance, easy traceability, and adherence to the existing budget. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to help coordinate sessions to facilitate Team Development efforts together with the HR BP, for example: sessions related to Employee Survey follow‑ups, arrange Coaching opportunities across teams, and opportunities to increase the engagement across the entire organization.

This role, reporting directly to the EMEA Development, Delivery, and Support Senior Manager, is a great opportunity to show a different set of skills and competencies beyond traditional IT.
