Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Amazon EU Category Manager to drive growth across Europe from Vimercate, Italy, with hybrid work.

You will shape category strategy, define assortment and pricing, lead launches, and collaborate with marketing, finance, and regional teams. The role demands a university degree, experience in marketing/analytics/category management, and strong Excel/Power BI skills, plus excellent communication in English.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.
• Experience in Marketing and/or Analytics and/or Category/Product Management.
• Proficiency in advertising analytics tools (e.g. Excel) and data visualization tools (Power BI).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excel in collaborative and cross-functional work within a global organization.
• Fluent in business English.
