Leonardo is seeking a Training Operation Control Specialist for its Helicopters Division. You will design and manage training schedules, coordinating with FFS providers, flight line personnel, pilots and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Based in Sesto Calende/Vergiate, the role requires strong planning skills, understanding of EASA/FAA rules, and English proficiency at B1/B2. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a permanent contract with a competitive package.

For Helicopters Division we are looking for a Training Operation Control Specialist.
The resource will be in direct contact with, FFS provider, flight line, pilots and maintenance organization giving the possibility to "breathe aviation air" he /she will be also in daily contact with Training Academy Customers.
He/she will be required to create the training schedule with the dedicated SW tool, defining and implementing the yearly, monthly, weekly/daily/hourly student schedule for all the training period and training courses from the incoming day to the end of training activities.
The main 2 bases of the activity will be Sesto Calende and Vergiate.

How does the selection process work?
