Leonardo is seeking a junior rotorcraft maintenance mechanic for the IT - Varese - Cascina Costa site. The role is permanent and hybrid, with responsibilities across maintenance activities per manuals and supervisor directions.
Candidates should have a secondary school degree and at least 2 years of rotorcraft experience, English proficiency, and certifications (M9/M10) are desirable. The position offers ongoing training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Degree in Secondary School (Perito Aeronautico / Perito Elettronico)
Minimum of 2 years' experience in rotorcraft maintenance as qualified mechanic : In case of reduced experience, a dedicate assessment will be conducted to evaluate any additional on the job training requirement
Only for (S), experience in metallic and/or composite parts repair;
Ability to understand aircraft technical manuals (e.g. Maintenance Manual, Illustrated Parts Catalogue, etc);
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
Desired requirements: Proven certification of Basic Modules (EASA or DAAA) M9 and M10;
Type Training (Theoretical elements) on at least one of the AgustaWestland rotorcraft
Directly reporting to the Maintenance Manager / Supervisors in charge, he/she will be primarily responsible for the execution of maintenance activities, as directed by the Supervisor, in accordance with the technical manuals applicable on the relevant helicopter model and as of the Capability of the Maintenance Organization.
