Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and troubleshoot testing equipment to ensure flawless performance.
  • Perform memory device tests using Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
  • Support equipment optimization and laboratory improvements ensuring a world-class work environment.
  • Manage environmental stress tests to determine product reliability.
  • Adapt test setups to meet evolving laboratory needs and ensure successful implementation of new procedures.
  • Calibrate equipment to keep them in perfect functionality.
  • Daily meet with Engineers to define test strategies for an optimal equipment usage.
  • Active collaboration with other GEL laboratories in the network.
  • Work on shifts for an extended support.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Maximum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • In‑depth knowledge of testing equipment and flash memory systems.
  • A customer‑focused approach with flexibility to handle short notice requests.
  • Proven experience in a laboratory environment including availability for weekend work if required.
Education and Skills
  • High school diploma in electronics or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with computer software such as Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ensuring safety and precision in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
