A leading technology company in Emilia-Romagna is seeking an experienced Electronics Hardware Design Engineer to manage the lifecycle of mechatronic products in the off-highway or automotive sector. Responsibilities include product line lifecycle management, hardware and firmware development, and applying functional safety principles. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering, with 10 years of relevant experience and fluency in English.

  • 10 years experience in smart sensors manufacturers or electronics systems supplier.
  • 10 years experience in academia on mechatronics projects.

Mansioni

  • Support electronic product line lifecycle management.
  • Manage hardware and firmware requirements for new developments.
  • Optimize embedded firmware in C language.
  • Apply principles of functional safety in mechatronics systems.
  • Develop and manage Verification and Validation strategy for new products.
