Your contribution to Prysmian's Success

We are looking for an Electrical Testing Engineer to join HQ R&D team in Milan. Reporting directly to the R&D Electrical Laboratories Manager, you will:

  • Oversee and coordinate the tests of EHV cable systems to assess their capability to withstand electrothermal stresses.
  • Oversee the correct planning, preparation and execution of the electrical qualification tests carried in the R&D HQ Laboratory.
  • Perform homologation and R&D tests on EHV cable systems in the HQ Lab.
  • Supervise and coordinate accessory installation.
  • Coordinate laboratory operators involved in installation and testing.
  • According to seniority/expertise, define the scheduling of the tests and lead related projects and keep continuous interface and relationship with clients, inspectors, and suppliers.
