Kirby Group Engineering is looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our project delivery team on major construction projects. You will lead electrical installation teams, coordinate activities, manage subcontractors and ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence across the project lifecycle.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our project delivery team and play a key role in the successful execution of complex electrical installations. This position is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can coordinate site activities, drive quality standards, maintain a strong safety culture, and lead electrical teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Reporting to the Construction Manager/Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising electrical works on site, coordinating installation activities, managing subcontractors and direct labour, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
You will take ownership of your work area, support project planning and execution, and provide leadership to electrical trades throughout the project lifecycle.
