Responsibilities

• Analyse the Electrical / Power requirements applicable at system level, deriving the lower level requirements and impacting the other S / S
• Dimension the basic elements of a Power system with different sources (Solar Array, Batteries, Fuel Cells, RTG)
• Define the Electrical / Power activities to be applied to the project to ensure compliance of the project with the applicable requirements
• Analyse and evaluate the adequacy of the proposed design, with respect to the project environment.
• Define, follow and evaluate the results of sub-system level test campaigns.
• Following a “bottom-up” philosophy, analyse the compliance of the project with the applicable requirements.
• Evaluate the adequacy of the electrical I / F's
• Attend technical meetings with partner companies and international clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Electronics Engineering, preferably in the Power / Electrical area at system level.
• Knowledge of tools for numerical computation and electrical interfaces simulation (e.g. Matlab, Simulink, etc.).
• Knowledge of Office tools
• Scientific background
• Good ability to learn engineering tools use and application
• Excellent written and oral English (mandatory)
• Available to travel, even for medium / long duration, in Italy and abroad
