Electrical Engineer Project Manager – Responsibilities
I/electrical project manager role at a historic Italian company that designs, produces and services low and medium tension industrial panels. The ideal candidate:
- Has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or related field.
- Has extensive experience as a technical PM in structured companies, especially those that design and build low and medium tension power panels (LCP Powercenter, fixed/extinguishable MCC, metal clad LSC2A and LSC2B).
- Has solid electrical design skills: reads and interprets electrical schematics, dimensioning, protection selection and knows the sector regulations.
- Has excellent commessa management skills (time, cost, resources, quality).
- Can coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage direct customer relationships.
- Has strong problem‑solving, negotiation and handling of the unexpected.
- Is proficient in PC and primary electrical design and commessa management software.
- Is fluent in English.
- Is willing to travel and visit customers and sites.

The candidate must autonomously perform the following activities:
- Plan, coordinate and monitor the commessa cycle from kick‑off to delivery.
- Analyze the client’s technical specifications and ensure correct implementation during the project phase.
- Collaborate with the Technical Office to define the most suitable electrical solutions.
- Manage suppliers, subcontractors and internal resources.
- Monitor cost, time and progress of work, preparing periodic reports.
- Guarantee compliance with quality, regulatory and safety standards.

Company headquarters in Brescia province, with operation throughout Italy. Possibility of remote work.
Inquadramento e retribuzione
