GE Vernova cerca un Ingegnere Elettrico presso lo stabilimento di Noventa di Piave per guidare i progetti dal punto di vista tecnico, tradurre requisiti in soluzioni e disegnare schemi elettrici complessi.

La funzione prevede gestione di 10–15 progetti in differenti fasi, rilascio della BoM nel sistema ERP e interfaccia tecnica con i clienti, collaborando con team interni per garantire consegne puntuali e qualità.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica o Elettronica o disciplina tecnica correlata.
• Provata esperienza in gestione tecnica di progetti e/o engineering.
• Capacità di leggere, interpretare e produrre schemi elettrici.

Mansioni

• Gestire progetti da una prospettiva tecnica, definire configurazioni elettriche e diagrammi in linea con i requisiti.
• Interfacciarsi con i clienti per l’emissione e la revisione della documentazione tecnica.
• Rilasciare la BoM nel sistema ERP per permettere la pianificazione della supply chain.
• Pianificare e monitorare il portafoglio progetti, fino a 10–15 in varie fasi.
• Collaborare con PM e team interni per allineare sviluppo tecnico e consegne.

Job Description

At GE Vernova, we design and develop advanced technologies for energy conversion and electrical grids, actively contributing to the transformation of the world’s energy infrastructure. Based at our Noventa di Piave site, you will join a team that translates customer requirements into precise technical solutions — configuring electrical diagrams for disconnector operating systems and managing a portfolio of projects from order receipt through production release.

What You Will Do

Manage projects from a technical perspective — read and interpret customer specifications following receipt of the Purchase Order (PO); define the electrical configuration (wiring diagrams and logic diagrams) that meets customer requirements, drawing on GE Vernova R&D’s portfolio of standard, validated products and accessories.

Manage technical exchanges with customers — prepare, issue, and review electrical diagram documentation as the primary technical interface with the customer; produce supporting technical documentation where required; and obtain customer approval at each defined project milestone.

Release Bills of Materials for production — once customer approval has been obtained, prepare and release the product’s technical Bill of Materials (BoM) in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, enabling the Global Supply Chain (GSC) team to procure and manufacture all required materials.

Plan and monitor the project portfolio — manage up to 10–15 projects simultaneously at different stages of progress; define and monitor project milestones; and ensure that all active orders are properly planned to meet delivery commitments.

Collaborate cross-functionally — work closely with Project Managers and internal teams to align on technical development, resolve issues, and maintain momentum across the entire project portfolio.

The Profile We Are Looking For

You are an engineer with a strong technical foundation and a natural ability to manage complexity, prioritize competing requests, and communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Technical background in electrical systems, industrial engineering or other related fields will be positively considered.
• Proven experience in technical project management, application engineering, or contract engineering.
• Ability to read, interpret, and produce electrical and wiring diagrams for industrial equipment.
• Experience configuring or specifying electrical or electromechanical products based on customer technical specifications.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of progress and effectively prioritize tasks, including in urgent situations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with medium-voltage (MV) or low-voltage (LV) switching or disconnecting equipment, or similar electrical equipment.
• Experience using an ERP system to create and release Bills of Materials (BoMs).
• Excellent Italian and good English proficiency, given the bilingual nature of the working environment at this site.

Fascia retributive:

Tra € 28.800 e € 43.200 lordi annui. La retribuzione specifica offerta terrà conto dell'istruzione, delle qualifiche, dell'esperienza e delle competenze del candidato .

The pay range for this position

Between € 28.800 and € 43.200 gross per annum. The specific pay offered will consider the candidate’s education, qualifications, experience and skill set.

Eleggibilità per il Piano Bonus:

Eligibilità al piano bonus Variabile-AIP, che prevede un incentivo target del 5% della retribuzione base annua, a seconda del raggiungimento dei parametri di business e delle performance individuali.

Eligible to participate in Variable-AIP annual bonus plan that provides a target incentive of 5% of the individual’s annual base salary depending on achievement of key business metrics and individual performance.

Base salary:

The remuneration is established according to the Metalworking CBA salary scale, which defines job groups and minimum salary levels.

Tutti i livelli sono eligibili, ad eccezione dei dirigenti.

Contributo del datore di lavoro: 2% (2,2% se under 35). Contributo del dipendente: 1,2%. Base di calcolo: retribuzione mensile lorda.
