Responsibilities
- Managing preparation and negotiation of BH technical proposal, responsible for estimating the budget associated with the proposed solution.
- Leading definition of the technical strategy of the project, influencing customers toward BH solutions.
- Preparing the best technical proposal at first submission using bidding tools and implementing, where appropriate, innovative technology.
- Leading technical negotiation, coordinating with supporting functions and attending to meetings/presentations with customers.
- Applying product and quality policies, addressing and mitigating any risks as per BH procedures.
Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills for preparing proposals, conducting meetings, answering sales/customer questions and writing/explaining technical aspects.
- Have a basic market/technical knowledge of rotating electrical machines (MV-HV motors and generators) and related auxiliary systems.
- Be able to interpret customer economics, process and technical specifications and translate them into competitive technical offering.
- Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems and lead programs/projects.
- Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills.
- Have very good interpersonal and leadership skills, inclusive team working style and effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers.
- Be available to travel both to regional and international locations to work with customers on site.
