A leading brokerage firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and implement strategies for client growth. This role involves generating leads, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with marketing to enhance campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B Forex or CFD sales and excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages being a plus.

Competenze

  • Previous experience in B2B Forex or CFD Sales or Account Management is required.
  • Knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is an advantage.

Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to grow VT Markets' client base. The role involves generating leads, analyzing market trends, networking with potential clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Identify new leads for expansion and develop strategies to grow our business within the FX industry.
  2. Expand our portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners.
  3. Maintain contact with clients and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  4. Build and manage your own client portfolio.
  5. Follow up on queries and provide prompt feedback to clients.
  6. Achieve and exceed monthly targets.
  7. Participate in training and utilize provided support.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • A diploma or degree in any field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in B2B Forex or CFD Sales or Account Management is required.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills.
  • Knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is an advantage.
  • Access to personal devices suitable for a fully remote role is necessary.
