Job summary

Internationalschools is seeking a creative Social Media Content Assistant to support the school’s online presence and editorial calendar. You will help craft posts, photos, and videos for Instagram and Facebook during school events, ensuring consistency with the school identity and guidelines.

You will collaborate with teams across the school, contribute ideas for stories, and assist the Country Marketing Manager with marketing activities while prioritising privacy safeguards and data handling.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, Graphic Design or related field.
• Strong interest in social media and digital content creation.
• Knowledge of Instagram and Facebook and formats.
• Basic photography and video-making skills.
• Familiarity with Canva.

Responsibilities

• Support management of the school's Instagram and Facebook accounts.
• Create photos, videos, stories during school events.
• Assist with preparation and publication of social media posts.
• Support development and management of the editorial calendar.
• Collect content from different areas of the school.
• Assist in promoting school events, projects and initiatives.
• Support preparation of newsletters and communication materials.
• Ensure published content aligns with identity and guidelines.
• Work with colleagues to identify stories to share with the school community.
• Support Country Marketing Manager in general marketing activities.
• Handle images, information and personal data per privacy safeguarding.
