The role includes managing product uploads, ensuring accurate catalogues, and monitoring orders and inventory levels. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of Ecommerce experience, solid knowledge of Shopify and Google Analytics, and be fluent in English. The position requires strong organizational skills and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Boutique Management

• Oversee the daily operations of the Online Boutique
• Manage product uploads, descriptions, and catalogue accuracy
• Ensure the right assortment is available at the right time
• Supervise site functionality and coordinate with the technical team

• Order & Inventory Oversight

• Monitor orders, payments, and inventory levels
• Anticipate restocks and manage supplies to prevent stockouts
• Coordinate with Customer Care to ensure timely and thoughtful service

• Content & Creative Production

• Oversee the production of e-commerce and editorial shoots
• Coordinate the creative team involved, including photographers, stylists, and retouchers
• Supervise and contribute to newsletters
• Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand aesthetics across all touchpoints

• Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor and interpret key performance metrics to guide strategic decisions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Ecommerce
• Solid understanding of Shopify and Google Analytics
• Proficient in Excel
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Illustrator or equivalent software is a plus
