Overview

E-COMMERCE MANAGER

We are seeking a talented E-Commerce Manager to join our fast-growing team in Milan and drive the strategy and operations of our online business. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for innovation in luxury retail. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with the Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure seamless execution and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Sales, Forecasting & Performance: Monitor sales trends and build accurate demand forecasts; align with production to guarantee timely stock availability for launches; define pricing, markdown, and open-to-buy strategies in collaboration with management; identify and evaluate new online sales channels, affiliations and other sales growth drivers.
  • Digital Marketing & CRM: Develop and execute advertising campaigns across paid search, social, display, and affiliates; own CRM strategy: segmentation, newsletters, loyalty programs, automations, and lifecycle marketing; analyze customer data to improve acquisition, retention, and repeat purchases.
  • Website & Platform Management: Manage new features and developments; ensure visuals, product data, and content are accurate and aligned with brand identity; oversee website performance and UX; stay ahead of market trends and adopt new technologies to enhance digital performance.
  • Team & Operations: Lead and support the e-commerce team, ensuring smooth daily operations; manage order fulfillments, delivery, returns, and customer service escalation; collaborate closely with Logistics, Wholesale, PR, and Production teams to align strategies and ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within luxury retail, ideally on Shopify
  • Proven track record in digital marketing (PPC, SEO, paid social, affiliates, display)
  • Strong understanding of UX, customer journey, and web performance metrics
  • Skilled in analytics and reporting tools
  • Experience in data-driven decision making
  • Fluent in English (Italian is a plus)
