A leading company in the financial sector is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand their client base. The role involves generating leads, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the marketing team. Ideal candidates will have experience in B2B Forex or CFD sales and excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. This position offers training and support, with a focus on achieving monthly targets.

Competenze

Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to grow VT Markets' client base. The Business Development Manager will handle the day-to-day tasks such as generating leads, analyzing market trends, networking with potential clients, and working closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Identifying new leads for expansion and developing new ways to grow businesses within the FX industry.
  2. Business development and expansion of our portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners.
  3. Maintaining contact with clients/partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  4. Building and maintaining your own portfolio of clients.
  5. Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to clients promptly.
  6. Achieving and exceeding monthly targets.
  7. Training and support will be provided.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • A diploma or degree in any field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in B2B Forex or CFD Sales or Account Management role is a MUST.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills.
  • Knowledge of French, German, or Spanish will be considered an advantage.
  • Access to personal devices suitable for a fully remote role is required.
