A leading construction management firm is seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality policies, conducting audits, and providing support to the project management team. A Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years' experience in offshore projects, along with excellent English communication skills, are required for this role.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years work experience in the discipline after earning the university degree.
• Hands-on experience in offshore projects is necessary.
• Proven ability to write reports in English.

Hill International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced E&I Supervisor to join our team

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the Quality policy and Quality Manual in the management team
• Conduct a Management review of needs and develop and implement a quality system
• Assist the project management team and provide QA support as necessary
• Ensure quality in all project activities verifying that they meet all the necessary quality standards
• Coordinate all the quality related project activities
• Implement programs to improve quality
• Perform internal and external audits
• Implement a document control system

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

• Bachelor Degree from an accredited university
• Work experience of 5+ years in the sought discipline after earning the university degree
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects
• Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
