Job summary

Maison Valentino in Milano seeks an E-Commerce Store & Content Specialist on a fixed-term maternity leave. You will support the online store management by handling content, product and website activities, shaping the customer journey and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve conversion and sales.

Your duties include defining requirements, testing new features, producing reports (Back in Stock), monitoring service processes, optimizing site navigation and checkout flow, and

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of content publishing processes and CMS platforms.
• Ability to support Store Management with both content-related and operational activities.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to manage day-to-day operational tasks.
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and English.
• Strong interest in retail, fashion, and digital commerce.
• Flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and follow the testing phase of new projects and features.
• Produce dedicated reports to monitor key features (e.g. Back in Stock).
• Contribute to monitoring and enhancing customer service processes to support the best customer experience for Valentino Clients.
• Support the set up of quarterly benchmarking analyses to stay aware and updated on competitors strategy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize site navigation, customer journey, checkout funnel, and product placement to grow conversion rate and online sales.
• Carry out operational tasks in Adobe Experience and quality checks on frontend website to ensure customer journey excellence.
• Take part in website content activities, including Home Page, Landing Pages, Ccare Area, Legal area…
• Carry out product setup, publication, and catalog management using SAP Commerce Cloud (SAP CC).

The E-Commerce Store & Content Specialist supports the management and optimization of the online store by carrying out content, product, and website activities, contributing to customer journey excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to impact conversion, sales performance, and an elevated customer experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Define requirements and follow the testing phase of new projects and features
• Produce dedicated reports to monitor key features (e.g. Back in Stock)
• Contribute to monitoring and enhancing customer service processes to support the best customer experiencefor Valentino Clients
• Support the set up of quarterly benchmarking analyses to stay aware and updated on competitors strategy
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize site navigation, customer journey, checkout funnel, and product placement to grow conversion rate and online sales
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and share key business information to support commercial objectives (e.g. Digital Marketing, Customer Care, CRM, Client Advisor, Merchandising, Logistics…)
• Carry out operational tasks in Adobe Experience and quality checks on frontend website to ensure customer journey excellence
• Take part in website content activities, including Home Page, Landing Pages, Ccare Area, Legal area…
• Support activities before, during and after Fashion Shows
• Take part in ensuring the quality and presentation of the online store, executing site dressing activities in line with the commercial calendar
• Carry out product setup, publication, and catalog management using SAP Commerce Cloud (SAP CC)

Requirements
