We prioritize transparency, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and now we’re looking for a Retention Specialist to help us increase customer lifetime value, drive repeat purchases, and build deeper relationships with our community.
As our E-commerce Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for driving retention growth across all channels and touchpoints. Your primary focus will be understanding customer behavior through data, identifying opportunities to improve retention, and overseeing the execution of strategies that bring customers back, whether through subscription programs, loyalty initiatives, lifecycle journeys, or other impactful levers.
You won’t be writing email or SMS campaigns yourself, but you’ll work closely with the teams that do, providing clear direction based on data insights and retention goals. This role is highly analytical and strategic, with a strong focus on measurable results.
