Arsenalia Group seeks a Dynamics 365 Consultant (Finance & SCM) to join our team of experts. You will configure D365 modules, lead workshops, and drive digital transformation for clients across industries.

You will act as the main contact for ERP adoption, support data migration, and collaborate with developers on integrations while staying current with Microsoft roadmap and certifications. English proficiency required.

Competenze

• Experience with Dynamics 365 and AX in on-premises or online deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, FA).
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specs.
• Willingness to travel short, mid, and long term to client sites.
• English proficiency B2 or higher.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, supporting ERP system adoption and integration.
• Configure and customize D365 Finance and Supply Chain modules based on client requirements.
• Lead functional workshops to gather business needs and translate them into system solutions.
• Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with developers to design and validate customizations and integrations.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Document functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft’s roadmap and new features in D365.
• Validate your expertise by regularly taking Microsoft certification exams.

WHAT WE ’R E LOOKING FOR

• Experience working on Dynamics 365 and Dynamics AX projects (both On-Premises and Online).
• Strong knowledge of Finance processes (G/L, A/P, A/R, Fixed Assets).
• Ability to identify custom solutions and draft functional specifications.
• Confidence in engaging with project stakeholders and managing expectations.
• Flexibility to work across different industries and project types.
• Enthusiasm for tackling new challenges.
• Open to short, medium, and long-term travel to client sites.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

WHAT WE WOULD CONSIDER A PLUS

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft platforms and technologies (e.G., Power Platform, Azure, Office 365).
• Strong analytical thinking and solid organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and flexibility in dynamic environments.
