Your opportunity
We are currently looking for a Client Advisor to join our DoDo boutique located in our Flagship Store in via Manzoni, Milan.

As a Client Advisor, you will act as a true brand ambassador, embodying and sharing the values and philosophy of DoDo with passion and authenticity. Your mission is to deliver an extraordinary client experience, ensuring each interaction reflects the brand’s spirit and commitment to excellence, while maximizing sales through meaningful relationships and personalized service.

How you will Contribute
Brand Advocate
  • Demonstrate passion as a DoDo brand ambassador during every selling ceremony
  • Learn to master the Brand and have an in-depth knowledge of the product
  • Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner, front and back of house.
Business Achiever
  • Give your best in teamwork and participate in all activities that contribute to the achievement of the boutique's overall goals and smooth operations.
  • Achieve individual and team goals by being responsible for sales results working with KPIs and business applications
  • Participate in maintaining a positive work environment
  • Ensure to be up-to-date knowing fashion trends and competitors.
  • Follow Company grooming, accordingly with DoDo standards and policies in terms of care and behavior
Clienteller
  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with customers through an individual approach, leveraging different CRM and clientelling tools, to promote brand loyalty
  • Use CRM KPIs to strengthen and develop cliientelling activity
  • Supporting customers in the purchase of all DODO products and enhancing product knowledge and storytelling
  • Welcoming every customer and providing the best customer experience mastering our brand history and heritage.
Profile
  • Passion for the DODO Brand
  • Proven experience in Luxury Fashion or Jewelery Retail
  • Strong clientelling skills
  • Curiosity, Empathy, Agility, Commercial Mindset
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills
  • Flexibility and problem solving
  • Availability to work on turnations
  • Product sensitivity and a strong market and fashion trends knowledge
  • Be open to feedback and communicate with your team and managers in a clear and straightforward way
  • Ability to multitask and handle the pressure of a busy day.
  • Fluent Italian and English
  • Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus
