About the role

We are seeking a Document Controller to join our Compressors division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and tracking all project documentation within the company and between the company, clients, and suppliers. You will ensure that all records, logs, and databases are accurate, complete, and up to date.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced engineering or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update master records and design history files.
  • Manage document transmittals to and from clients/suppliers, including expediting when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers to keep the project document list and documentation status up to date.
  • Prepare and manage the project document list.
  • Ensure all documentation meets timeliness, accuracy, and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in project kick‑off meetings (KoM) and provide documentation‑related support throughout project execution.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Former experience in document controlling in manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of document control processes and procedures.
  • Good communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to multi‑task, plan, and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in technical or administrative fields is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Effective planning and time management abilities.
  • Integrity and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information.
  • Detail‑oriented with a structured approach to work.
