Coesia S.p.A. in Bologna is seeking a motivated finance professional to join the Group Finance team. The role centers on consolidation, reporting at the Group level, and supporting strategic finance projects in an international setting.

You will collaborate with Group companies, assist monthly closings, and help analyze performance indicators. Opportunities exist to automate processes using Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint, with English as the working language.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping and management control concepts.

Mansioni

• Support monthly closing activities and variance analysis at Group level.
• Contribute to collection, consolidation and validation of economic and financial data from Group companies.
• Support preparation of Group management reporting and related presentations.
• Assist in analysis of business performance indicators, trends and profitability.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person to join the Group Finance team and support consolidation and reporting activities at Group level. This role offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborating with different stakeholders across the organization and contributing to strategic finance projects and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly closing activities and variance analysis at Group level
• Contribute to the collection, consolidation and validation of economic and financial data from Group companies
• Support the preparation of Group management reporting and related presentations
• Assist in the analysis of business performance indicators, trends and profitability
• Collaborate on initiatives aimed at improving and automating reporting processes, leveraging digital tools such as Power BI
• Support cross-functional projects within the Finance area, including process alignment initiatives at Group level

What You need to be successful
