Job Description

Centauro Rent a Car is a market leader in continuous expansion and looking for people like you! We are a company dedicated to the car rental sector with over 50 years of experience in the business. Our head office is located in Alicante (Spain) and we have offices in the most popular tourist destinations in Southern Europe and the Mediterranean coast: Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, Madeira, Italy, Sardinia, Sicily, mainland Greece, and the Greek islands.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all the operational actions of the offices in the area. Supervise the staff in the area, in direct contact with Branch Managers.
• Achieve the annual goals set by the company, including customer service and sales targets.
• Promote and ensure the correct performance of the operational quality system in the area and its distribution among all staff.
• Monitor the condition, appearance, and maintenance of the facilities.
• Supervise any building work associated with the remodeling of the office or any repairs needed for the offices or garages, and obtain corresponding estimates.
• Identify and notify any suggestions for the improvement of the day-to-day operation of the area and for the company in general.
• Coordinate the work with suppliers and providers of each branch.
• Maintain good relationships and attend meetings set out by the airport authorities in the area.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in managerial positions within the Rent a Car business.
• Experience managing and coordinating different work teams.
• Very good knowledge of the RAC business and its operations.
• Commercial vocation and customer orientation.
• Advanced level of Office Automation.
• Availability to travel.
