We are a growing team looking for a Disponente Ufficio Traffico in the Operations department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office.

As Disponente Ufficio Traffico you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like own the relationships with carriers in order to help stabilize our rapid growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

You’ll be collaborating closely with the principal of operations, the ops, finance and quality teams to ensure the best transport service and quality.

• Supervise our daily transports in Italy and handle all arising inquiries from carriers;
• Using your knowledge of the partner’s business to identify opportunities and offer solutions;
• Managing the day-to-day operations tasks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …

• Confidence in using data to analyze and track key metrics (excel)
• Efficient ability to manage the workload and priorities
• Knowledge of geography transport rules
• 1-2 years’ experience in full truck load transport by road and express courier
• The ability to communicate fluently in Italian
• Great details attention and an organized approach
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under stress
• Mediation skills and claims management
• Pricing capacity and knowledge of transport rules (plus)
