You will ensure product quality by analyzing market data, collaborating with teams, and managing quality projects. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering and at least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in appliances or consumer goods. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential for this role.

Dishwasher Quality Engineer

The challenge

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our dishwasher team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our domestic appliances by analyzing market data, collaborating across departments, and managing quality-related projects from end-to-end.

What you will do

• Analyze regular market data and handle ad-hoc requests to support decision-making process and to set priorities in the quality plan.
• Collaborate with service teams: track repairs, visit end-users when needed, and share product updates in regular meetings.
• Manage the GTS project: review online ratings, analyze feedback, design solutions with other teams, and track implementation.
• Organize field tests for products, analyze feedbacks and prepare dedicated reports.
• Coordinate product reworks for items in the warehouse if needed.
• Manage quality-related activities with suppliers, including follow-ups and improvements.

What you need to succeed

Must have

Education

Degree in Engineering or related field

Professional experience

2 years' experience in quality, preferably in appliances or consumer goods

Technical Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with quality tools is a plus

Soft Skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Other

Willing to travel for field visits and supplier meetings
