Design Designer – Layout per impianti di packaging (food & beverage)
Location: Parma
Contract: Permanent (full time)
Salary: €50,000 – €65,000 (depending on experience)

A medium-sized company with a solid reputation in industrial automation, expanding into a new division for food & beverage packaging solutions (palletisers, depalletisers, transporters, plant revamping, etc.). Role Overview

You will join the new division dedicated to the design and production of automatic line plants. Your contribution will be essential to deliver innovative and efficient solutions tailored to customer needs. Depending on your background and interests, you may also support technical development and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect customer requirements for existing and new plants.
• Design line layouts using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure alignment between project and technical specifications.
• Propose customized solutions to enhance plant efficiency and integration.
• Support the review and optimisation of existing layouts (revamping).

Qualifications

• Experience in designing layouts for automatic plants in the food & beverage sector.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Team player with excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledge of English is a plus.
