The World Food Programme seeks a Director of Technology Operations to secure and optimize global IT infrastructure and services. You will lead a distributed team, ensure 24/7 system availability, resilience, and cost efficiency while driving standards and governance across the TEC division.

Responsibilities include enterprise architecture, platform management, budget oversight, and strong risk and vendor management in a high-stakes humanitarian environment.

Competenze

• Advanced university degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years in IT operations, infrastructure or service delivery with 5+ years in director level.
• DESIRED: large-scale IT operations, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture and budget accountability.

• Oversee global IT operations, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability.
• Lead cybersecurity program, risk management, compliance and incident response.
