The Role

As Director of Sales you will be responsible for driving growth, expanding the client portfolio, and ensuring excellence across all client engagements within the luxury segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across luxury, fashion, hospitality, and events. Build tailored proposals that meet client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop long‑term partnerships with luxury brands and international event agencies, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Negotiation & Framework Agreements: Lead contract negotiations and establish sustainable, win–win commercial agreements.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage event budgets, ensuring both profitability and premium quality standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to shaping the company’s commercial strategy and aligning it with market opportunities.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company at international fairs and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
  • Operational Collaboration (Added Value): Work closely with operations teams to oversee and support the logistics of high‑profile events, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
