As the Director of Learning & Development, you will be responsible for delivering workplace learning, performance improvement programs, and strategic initiatives that drive long-term business success. You will identify, design, and implement learning strategies aligned with the hotel's vision and goals, promote a culture of continuous learning, and ensure employees are equipped with the skills required to deliver service excellence. You will also partner closely with key stakeholders and leadership to ensure development needs are identified and met effectively.
