You'll focus on not only selling new offerings but also minimizing erosion in renewals, ensuring that our largest accounts continue to flourish and thrive.

You won't just be a cog in the machine; you'll be a strategic mastermind responsible for developing and executing cutting‑edge account strategies. Your expertise will lead to the successful growth and retention of Kyndryl's most valuable accounts. With your sharp eye for identifying and qualifying new opportunities, you'll build relationships with key decision‑makers and deliver tailor‑made solutions that cater to the unique needs of each customer.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage account P&L for strategic IT services accounts.

Drive revenue growth, renewals, and profitability across offerings, including any one of the following IT business areas: Cybersecurity & Resiliency, Data & AI, Cloud Services, Digital Workplace Services (DWS), Mainframe (ZSeries) & Cloud, or Network & Edge.

Develop and execute account strategies tailored to customer needs.

Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.

Identify and qualify new opportunities, expanding scope and capabilities.

Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver seamless solutions.

Collaboration is key, and as an Director - Customer Partner – IT Services you'll work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process. Together, you'll execute every aspect flawlessly, from the initial prospecting stage to closing deals and beyond.

Not only will you lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, but you'll also be the driving force behind generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities. By building a strong go‑to‑market pipeline with our partners, you'll join forces to pursue and conquer new deals, taking Kyndryl to unprecedented heights.

You're not just an expert in our industry—you're an expert in the industry. With your deep knowledge of external best practices, you understand how they can impact our customers. By staying ahead of the curve, you'll continuously provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market.

Required Skills and Experience :

Minimum 8 years of sales experience in IT business services, including full account P&L ownership.

Proven success in consultative selling and strategic account growth.

Strong understanding of IT services components and industry trends.

Fluent in Italian and English on spoken level.

Existing network within the IT services ecosystem is a strong advantage.

Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks.

Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers.
