Base compensation: **$17.50 per hour**, based on experience and qualifications. Base compensation: **$20.00 per hour**, based on active required license and minimum 6 months of P&C sales experience. **Total Compensation:** In addition to the base hourly rate, total compensation for this role may include **incentive pay**, such as commissions and bonuses, based on individual and team performance.
