A company in the electrotechnical sector is seeking a Digital Transformation Program Manager in Bergamo to drive their end-to-end digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in digital transformation leadership, developing complex platforms, and a strong understanding of digital enabling solutions. This role requires fluency in English and offers the opportunity to lead significant digital initiatives across the organization.

For our client, a company active within the electrotechnical sector, we’re searching for a Digital Transformation Program Manager who will be in charge of driving the company’s end-to-end digital transformation, generating sustainable value through digital solutions consistent with the strategic guidelines defined by the Group CIO & CDO.

Key Objectives

• Accelerate digital innovation by acting as a change agent in all business areas involved, ensuring alignment with the Group Digital Strategy;
• Define and implement the Digital Innovation Strategy, measuring the ROI of initiatives according to the KPIs set by the Group;
• Contribute to the creation of a digital environment integrated with the Group’s business platforms by fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing and widespread adoption.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Group and BU Information Systems to analyze business processes identifying opportunities for Optimization and Digital Transformation;
• Participates in the elaboration of the strategic plan for the implementation of BU digital technologies;
• Governs the BU Digital Innovation project portfolio ensuring consistency with the Group Digital Strategic Plan;
• Leads cross-functional teams for the implementation of major projects in the BU digital roadmap;
• Leads data-driven business decision support initiatives according to the Group’s Data Governance Policies;
• Promotes digital culture and change management programmes, acting as Group best practice leader;
• Acts in accordance with Group guidelines on regulatory compliance, cybersecurity and data governance;
• Monitors the performance and effectiveness of adopted digital solutions, driving improvements where necessary.

Essential Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation leadership roles with enterprise-wide projects;
• Experience in developing and launching complex digital platforms;
• Knowledge of core business processes / digital enabling solutions;
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is preferred;
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Data Privacy principles;
• Degree in technical-economic disciplines;
• Master’s degree in digital innovation is preferred;
• Fluent English.

Desired Skills

• Experience in the manufacturing and B2B digital services sector;
• Project Management certifications are appreciated;
• Familiarity with AI technologies and its concrete applications.
