Intuitive is seeking a Digital Solutions Integration Specialist to drive adoption and effective use of digital healthcare solutions. You will onboard customers, analyze workflows, deliver training, and support sales with product demos.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in procedural/OR healthcare software.
• 2+ years of experience with clinical project integrations.
• Knowledge of EMR/PACS advantageous.
• Background in training clinical and OR staff.
• Familiarity with the Procedural/Operating Room environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication in Italian and English.

Digital Solutions Integration Specialist

In this role you drive the adoption and effectiveness of Intuitive’s digital solutions, enabling seamless data capture, integration with EMR/PACS, and cloud-based training services. You will onboard customers, analyze workflows, deliver training, and support sales and marketing with product demos. You’ll lead clinical teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to expand usage and satisfaction. This position offers meaningful impact by advancing minimally invasive care through digital innovation.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for our digital solutions with external customers and internal colleagues
• Conduct Hub onboarding, workflow analysis, customization, and optimization to meet customer goals
• Educate customers on MyIntuitive+ onboarding and capabilities
• Monitor and drive product utilization among clinicians and staff
• Expand the user base by engaging hospital staff and thought leaders
• Test and troubleshoot installed systems and elevate issues to digital tech support
• Lead training sessions for clinical teams and onboard new staff
• Mentor and onboard new and existing team members
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve processes and materials
• Foster relationships with internal teams (sales, digital support, marketing, field service) and support multi-department events
• Provide customer feedback to product and process improvement teams
• Prospect for digital solution expansions and upgrades within existing accounts
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in procedural/OR healthcare software
• 2+ years of experience with clinical project integrations
