We are looking for a passionate and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join our Commercial team! The Digital Sales Manager plays a pivotal role within the Commercial team, driving strategic activation of digital sales across direct and indirect channels. This role leads the execution of online sales initiatives, optimizing the property's digital presence on Marriott.com, multilingual global sites, OTAs, search engines, and metasearch platforms. Working closely with marketing, revenue, and distribution teams, the Digital Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing conversion, increasing market share, and generating revenue, while ensuring a consistent and high‑performing digital experience. This role acts as a strategic advisor for digital sales initiatives, with a strong focus on results and growth.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Business Administration, eCommerce, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital sales, eCommerce, marketing, or online distribution. Hospitality or agency experience preferred.
Core Responsibilities
Digital Sales Strategy
  • Define and implement strategic digital sales priorities aligned with commercial goals.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Marriott Digital Services to monitor and optimize online sales performance.
  • Analyze conversion and revenue KPIs, proposing corrective actions and optimizations.
  • Manage digital activity budgets with a focus on ROI and performance.
Online Commercial Activation
  • Coordinate digital sales campaigns with agencies and internal teams.
  • Optimize Paid Search and retargeting campaign performance.
  • Oversee the PLUS platform for participating properties.
  • Identify local and cluster‑based activation opportunities to boost sales.
Direct Channel Optimization
  • Continuously audit and enhance content and user experience on Marriott.com and hotel‑specific pages.
  • Support the development of conversion‑focused web modules (e.g., offer pages, landing pages).
OTA and Metasearch Channel Management
  • Ensure optimal presence of properties on OTAs and metasearch platforms.
  • Coordinate promotional and merchandising tactics (e.g., Expedia TravelAds).
  • Partner with Revenue Managers to improve sales performance across third‑party channels.
New Hotel Openings
  • Lead digital activation for new openings, including Marriott.com and OTA setup.
  • Verify correct pricing and content configuration.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to position the hotel across digital channels.
Required Skills
  • 1‑3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands‑on execution capabilities.
  • Excellent project management and cross‑functional coordination skills.
  • Collaborative and flexible mindset.
  • Willingness to travel across the 4 properties.
