Job summary

Banca Generali, a leading Italian private banking group, seeks a Digital Platform intern to support the tutor in defining business requirements and guiding tool development for the financial advisory network.

You will assist in the test and delivery phases, prepare release communications, monitor KPIs, and manage tool content with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach. A degree in economics or related field and strong Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar.
• Excellent academic profile, completed within the expected time frame.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Powerpoint and Excel.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements for the development of new digital tools and service for financial advisors.
• Follow the test and delivery phase of individual projects.
• Prepare release communication and support material.
• Monitoring, analysis and reporting of project KPIs.
• Relationship with internal and external parties.
• Manage and update the contents of digital tools.
• Benchmarking and market research on innovation and digitalisation.
