Job Description

Play a pivotal role in advancing the LEGO Groups digital strategy and strengthening relationships with key retail partners in Italy!

With a focus on collaboration and innovation this role will be responsible for optimizing the digital presence and visual display of our product portfolio at our retail partners websites ensuring a consistent brand experience across all eCommerce channels. This role will deliver high-quality digital merchandising and content strategies using data insights to drive performance increase product visibility and improve the overall shopper experience!

Please note: This position will be based in our LEGO Sales Office in Milan and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.

Core Responsibilities
  • Shape the experience of LEGO online shoppers by driving eCommerce focused creative and digital merchandising activities across the Italian market.
  • Work with the Western Europe Digital Merchandising team to create tailor and deploy on-brand assets and strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with local teams in Sales and Marketing to craft creative strategies to elevate the shopper experience with the objective of growing conversion.
  • Enable data driven decision making through reliable and timely performance reporting against conversion metrics.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to guide creation of forward‑thinking eCommerce‑ready content and assets that meet eRetailer requirements.
  • Collaborate with B2B customers to accelerate their digital transformation leveraging content and online activations.
  • Lead test & learn to improve performance and keep the Italian BU at the forefront of new opportunities and trends.
Qualifications
  • Some years of experience in eCommerce or in marketplace roles.
  • Commercial approach from strategy to hands on execution knowledge of eCommerce fundamentals within retail digital platforms. Digital marketing experience and strong understanding of digital metrics (UV CTR ROAS etc.).
  • Strong communicator and collaborator attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Curious and passionate about innovation – up-to-date on market trends and innovation.
  • Ability to work independently energetic and willing to thrive in a fast-moving entrepreneurial atmosphere.
  • Strong learning attitude to adapt to the evolving eCommerce new retail media and operational environment.
  • Proficient in Italian and English.
