Technogym is seeking an experienced Digital Media Manager, as part of our dynamic digital marketing team, to lead the implementation of our media strategy. In this role you will develop and implement effective digital media plans to recruit new users worldwide, run lead generation, drive revenues and grow the omnichannel business.
This role will be key in nurturing the growth marketing machine efforts through online platforms, social media, third parties media networks, programmatic and digital tools, as well as developing and executing marketing plans to reach targets for building global brand awareness.
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage, optimize & scale our media spend across digital platforms, help coordinate SEO/SEA efforts with ecommerce team, and oversee our advertising strategy for both acquisition and remarketing/retention. Your responsibilities will also include developing advertising plans and executing a calendar for campaigns on Google/Meta/TikTok/third parties players/etc. and new experimental channels.
In addition to this, you will also work for driving growth and visibility through strategic digital campaign initiatives to grow the brand’s digital result programs and support the ongoing evolution of the CRM and growth machine.
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down‑to‑earth and ethical. You are a motivated self‑starter, able to foster relationships and maintain connection. You have a passion for ecommerce and are a highly analytical person with a growth mindset.
