Main duties and responsibilities
- Give the specialist support to global sales team to introduce our Digital Marketing solutions to key clients and create conditions for repeat business.
- Consultative Selling: act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering personalized insights and recommendations on the best digital marketing initiatives for their business.
- Proposal Development: prepare and present compelling proposals and sales presentations.
- Collaboration: work closely with our production team to ensure that client campaigns are executed effectively and deliver desired results.
- Reporting: track and report on sales performance, including leads, conversions, and revenue generated.
- Market Analysis & Insights: conduct detailed market and consumer data analyses to identify opportunities and trends that inform clients’ digital marketing strategies.
- Project Management: oversee the full lifecycle of client initiatives — from scoping and planning to execution and post-campaign analysis — ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: liaise with internal departments (data, product, and marketing) to ensure a seamless integration between business objectives and technical execution.
- Client Relationship Development: build and nurture long‑term partnerships through proactive communication, follow‑ups, and strategic advice beyond campaign delivery.
Background and Education
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing sales. Digital marketing activities for wealthy international shoppers within agencies or fashion and luxury brands are preferred.
- Proven Track Record: demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Tech‑Savvy: proficiency with CRM software, sales tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Consulting Mindset: strong experience in client‑facing consulting or account management roles, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
- Analytical & Detail‑Oriented: proven ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies; meticulous attention to accuracy and presentation quality.
- Project Management Skills: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and coordinate diverse stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
- Self‑Starter: proactive, autonomous, and comfortable operating with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with company goals.
- Languages: Native or fully fluent English is required; professional‑level French is strongly preferred. Additional languages are a plus.
- Industry Background: experience working with or advising luxury, fashion, or premium brands is a strong advantage.
