Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and data‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our Consumer Marketing team. The ideal candidate has solid experience gained within a media agency, with a strong understanding of both digital and offline channels. This role will play a key part in the planning and oversight of media activities across the CEE markets, supporting strategic consistency, cross‑market alignment, and data‑driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of integrated media plans across digital and offline channels for the CEE markets.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identify key insights, and prepare clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and cross‑functional teams to ensure flawless planning and execution.
  • Monitor media budgets, pacing, and investment efficiency across CEE markets.
  • Work with measurement frameworks (e.g., GA4, CM360, ad‑server data, MMM/MTA tools) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of media trends, tools, and best practices in both digital and traditional media.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership and cross‑market alignment.
  • Contribute to continuous optimization of media processes, planning frameworks, and governance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a media agency, working across multi‑channel campaigns.
  • Strong background in offline media planning (TV, OOH, radio, print) and solid familiarity with planning tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with demonstrable experience working with data, dashboards, and performance reports.
  • Proficiency with digital analytics and ad‑tech platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CM360, DV360, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Strong Excel and data‑visualization skills (PowerPoint, Looker Studio, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in international or multi‑market environments.
  • Experience collaborating with creative, brand, and measurement teams.
