Danone in Milan is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join the Digital & Data Team. You will contribute to digital media strategy, online video, social media, content development, and search initiatives while gaining exposure across departments.

You will work under supervision to plan campaigns, analyze performance, and support cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a Master’s degree, strong English, and a passion for digital marketing.

• Master’s degree in Economics or Marketing or Management Engineering.

• Previous international and/or internship experience will be a plus.
• Excel and Power Point knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Support Digital Media Strategy & Planning across brands, including budget tracking.
• Assist Online Video & CTV campaigns with audience segmentation and measurement.
• Support Social Media & Influencer Marketing strategies and editorial planning.
• Contribute to Content & Consumer Experiences with branded digital content.
• Assist SEO initiatives and brand discovery on AI platforms and consumer journeys.
• Help monitor digital and media KPIs and prepare performance reports with insights.
• Coordinate media and creative agencies with cross-functional teams.

DIGITAL MARKETING INTERN

For our Digital & Data Team based in Milan we are looking as of now for a Digital Marketing Intern.

During your internship you’ll be part of a dynamic team and you’ll have visibility on all the company’s departments and you’ll contribute to the achievements of your team.

About the job

You’ll support the Digital Integrated Brand Communication Team in the following activities:

Digital Media Strategy & Planning: support the team in developing digital strategies and media plans across brands, including budget allocation and tracking;

Online Video & CTV: assist in planning online video and CTV campaigns, including audience segmentation and campaign effectiveness measurement;

Social Media & Influencer Marketing: support social channel strategy and management, editorial planning, influencer activities, event amplification and social listening across social platforms;

Content & Consumer Experiences: contribute to the planning and development of branded digital content (articles, videos, DEMs, audio content);

Search, Seo & LLM: support paid and organic search initiatives, SEO optimization and projects related to brand discoverability across emerging AI platforms and consumer journeys;

Analysis & Reporting: help monitor digital and media KPIs, prepare performance reports identifying insights and optimization opportunities;

Agencies & Stakeholders Management: coordinate media and creative agencies and work with cross-functional teams.

About You

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:

• Master’s degree in Economics or Marketing or Management Engineering;
• Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking;
• Structured and analytical way of working;
• Relational skills and flexibility;
• Previous international and/or internship experience will be a plus;
