Job summary

RE:LAB is an Italian design and innovation firm seeking an intern to help create a digital knowledge system from internal materials. The role blends humanities, information management, and digital technologies to make documents, content, and project experience easier to access through an AI-assisted platform.

You will work with the team to collect and classify project materials, define metadata and connections, upload content, and probe AI tools for cataloguing and retrieval, while evaluating

Qualifications

• Academic background in Digital Humanities or related fields.
• Interest in knowledge management, digital archives, and AI for content.
• Strong analytical, summarising and information organisation skills.
• Familiarity with digital tools and curiosity about new technologies.
• Attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and organise project documentation and library materials.
• Define classification criteria, metadata, and connections between content and projects.
• Support the organisation of the digital platform and uploading content.
• Explore AI tools for cataloguing, summarising, and retrieving information.
• Assess content quality and how easily users can access information.
