Role

Digital Content Coordinator – located at Stone Island HQ in Milan. The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating content across digital touchpoints at global level.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage the commercial and content calendar, ensuring a balance between brand storytelling and commerce-driven initiatives, with strong sensitivity to brand identity and narrative.
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to define content priorities and align digital activities with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Coordinate content strategy for campaigns, product launches, and key commercial moments, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and storytelling.
  • Oversee newsletter strategy and copy briefs, ensuring editorial alignment with brand tone, campaigns, and commercial goals.
  • Manage and structure all digital content within the DAM system, ensuring assets are efficiently organized, accessible, and strategically used across channels.
  • Partner with merchandising to select content for digital marketing, balancing commercial needs and brand priorities.
  • Support execution of new product launches, collection drops, and seasonal campaigns, including briefs for content creation and coordination with internal/external studios.
  • Maintain and update website navigation and page structure, ensuring optimal balance between editorial storytelling and e‑commerce functionality.
  • Oversee the editorial and product copy process, from briefing to translation management.
  • Design and oversee new website pages, maintaining brand consistency and supporting conversion-focused initiatives.
  • Ensure website content is strategically merchandised, optimized across the purchase funnel, and aligned with both brand guidelines and commercial priorities.
  • Lead content performance analysis and A/B testing, collaborating with analytics and marketing teams to identify insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors and best-in-class digital experiences to identify content gaps, new opportunities, and innovative storytelling ideas.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of digital analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Content Square
  • 5‑6 years of relevant Digital Content experience
  • Office Package user (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to use Commerce Cloud platform (SFCC) or alternative CMS
  • PIM & Asset Management tools’ knowledge
  • Knowledge of website usability/optimization
  • Excellent communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude
  • Ability to handle several projects simultaneously
  • Able to work with various internal departments and coordinate external partners
