We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Analytics Insight Specialist with a strong ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic and actionable insights to improve our clients’ digital performance.

Responsibilities

As a member of the Digital Analytics area, you will work closely with marketing teams to transform data into operational and strategic decisions. You will participate in structured analytical moments (weekly SALs, monthly reports, quarterly QBRs), contribute to storyboard definition, and work in a multidisciplinary team covering analytics, UX/CRO, media, SEO, and CRM.

Specific tasks include:

  • Collecting and analysing data from various digital sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement (e.g. Analytics, CRM, ad campaigns, user behaviour monitoring tools, etc).
  • Creating monthly, quarterly (QBR) and ad‑hoc insight reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the presented data.
  • Performing funnel analysis to understand user behaviours and identify critical points in the customer journey.
  • Conducting pre‑post correlation analyses to measure the impact of site changes, such as new features or redesigns.
  • Collaborating with marketing and other business units to provide data‑based insights, supporting optimisation strategies.
  • Performing advanced campaign data analyses, offering performance recommendations.
  • Addressing advanced measurement topics (Marketing Mix Models, lifts, attribution).
  • Actively participating in internal and client review meetings, proposing insights, recommendations, and test hypotheses.
  • Applying structured analysis frameworks (Dashboard → Reports → Insights → Activation) to ensure consistency and speed of execution.
  • Leading and monitoring CRO and personalisation projects through A/B testing or test‑and‑learn approaches.
  • Analyzing data from multiple sources (Analytics, CRM, SEO, advertising, CDP, BI) to provide a unified performance view and cross‑channel decision support.
  • Creating custom dashboards and data visualisations using tools like Looker Studio to tell integrated, visually engaging stories.
Requirements
  • Degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital data analysis and dashboard/report creation.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Adobe Workspace/Customer Journey Analytics.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics or other web analytics tools.
  • Ability to perform complex funnel and customer journey analyses with a focus on performance optimisation.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing techniques and CRO tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail for interpreting complex data and delivering actionable insights.
  • Consultative approach, analytical curiosity and proactive attitude in proposing new analyses and measurement methods.
  • Strong summarisation, storytelling and data presentation skills for various organisational levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams to develop data‑driven solutions.
  • Problem‑solving orientation and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
