A global consulting company is seeking a Digital Analyst to develop and execute consumer data strategies and activate data across campaigns. This role requires expertise in data-driven marketing and analytics tools, with excellent English language skills. The position is hybrid, based out of Milan, and welcomes candidates of all sexes.

Competenze

  • Experience in media activation and data-driven marketing.
  • Ability to assess data strategies and required resources.
  • Collaboration skills to work with leadership on data practices.

We are looking for a Digital Analyst

Responsibility

Develop and execute the consumer data strategy — how data should be leveraged across the marketing funnel, particularly at the media activation level.

Assess pros and cons of data-driven approaches, required resources, and future capability needs.

Work cross-functionally to activate data in media, campaign performance, and audience management.

Collaborate with marketing leadership (Zurich-based) to design scalable data practices across European markets.

Required Skills
  • Excellent English skills (oral and written)
  • Proven experience in data-driven marketing, media optimization or consumer insights
  • Expertise with analytics tools
  • Familiarity with datawarehouse platforms
Nice to have
  • Italian or Spanish knowledge
  • Industry background FMCG / CPG

Work site : Milan, hybrid working model.
