• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Dietitian (community or aged care preferred).
• Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• National Police Check (current).
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

In this role, you will:

• Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalised care plans.
