A technology company in Tuscany is seeking a Tech Leader to expand their technical team. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development and AI engineering, leading efforts in both. Responsibilities include promoting best practices in Agile methodologies and ensuring team collaboration across development and operations. Opportunities available in offices located in Pisa or Trento.

Competenze

• Experience in software development and system administration.
• Proven track record in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

• Lead the technical team in software development and AI engineering.
• Promote automation, monitoring, and end-to-end security practices.
• Ensure collaboration between development and operations teams.

Cloud: AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, etc.)

Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm

CI/CD & Automation: Jenkins, GitLab CI, SonarQube

Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack

Security & Networking: IAM, VPN, Firewall, SSL, Secrets Management

Supporting Languages: Python, Bash, YAML

Nice to have: Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform

• Combining software development skills with solid system administration expertise, ensuring smooth collaboration between development and operations teams.

• Proficiency in using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible, with a strong focus on cloud-native environments on AWS.
