Michael Page International cerca un Senior DevOps Engineer con focus SRE per collaborare con Development, QA e Security. Combinerà progettazione di CI/CD, IaC con Terraform/Ansible e gestione di ambienti cloud ibridi per migliorare affidabilità e produttività.

Si richiede esperienza in AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK) e forte propensione a mentorship. Ruolo stabile in Milano e provincia, contesto finanziario.

Competenze

• Competenza in scripting (Python, Bash).
• Esperienza infrastruttura cloud (preferibilmente AWS).
• Esperienza CI/CD (preferibilmente Jenkins).
• Comprensione container e orchestrazione (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Conoscenza IaC (Terraform, Ansible).
• Esperienza monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Proven track record di miglioramento quiesce affidabilità e performance.
• Comunicazione efficace e capacità di mentorship cross-funzionale.
• Nice to have: microservizi, Kafka, PostgreSQL, sicurezza, ambienti regolamentati; sviluppo Java/C++.

Financial services multinational is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with Site Reliability Engineering focus who will partner closely with Developers, QA, Security, and Product teams to shape the future of the platform and developer workflows.

• Collaborate with engineers across teams to improve infrastructure reliability, automation and developer productivity
• Design and maintain scalable CI/CD systems, improving software delivery workflows and reducing friction between dev, qa, sec and ops teams
• Design, develop and manage infrastructure as code via Terraform and Ansible for cloud and on-premises systems
• Lead the adoption of SRE principles and improve cloud system resilience
• Support modern and legacy systems with a focus on transitioning workloads to containerized cloud-native architectures
• Drive adoption of monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Champion automation and eliminate manual toil wherever possible
• Perform internal workshops and demos, promoting platform tools, practices and new technologies
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing and internal training to raise engineering excellence across teams.

Requisiti:

Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)Experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)Expertise with CI/CD tools (preferably Jenkins)Solid understanding of containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)Proven track record of improving platform reliability, availability and performanceStrong communication skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally and mentor othersNice to haveExperience with microservices architecture and associated challengesFamiliarity with Kafka and PostgreSQL for troubleshooting and supportExperience with security tools, policies, and secure infrastructure designBackground in regulated environments (e.g., finance, healthcare)Prior development experience (Java, C++) is a strong asset
