The role involves leading quality functions in projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and spearheading root cause analysis for customer quality issues.

Suitable candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in technical quality roles, be familiar with automotive standards like IATF 16949, and be fluent in English. The position supports a hybrid work model, promoting work-life balance.

• 3+ years in quality, manufacturing, or production roles.
• Familiar with engineering drawings.
• Proficient in measurement and quality control tools.

Conoscenze

Experience in quality, manufacturing, or production environments

Familiarity with mechanical, electrical or electronic components

Understanding of engineering drawings and specifications

Root cause analysis techniques

Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and automotive standards

Familiarity with APQP and PPAP processes

Proactive role in cross-functional teams
